By accessing or using book.neilandco.ie (the "Service") operated by Neilandco ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neilandco. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides an online booking platform that allows users to schedule appointments or services. The Service includes an integration with Google Calendar to create, update, and remove calendar blocks corresponding to bookings made through the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Google OAuth and Calendar Integration

4.1 Authentication

The Service uses Google OAuth to authenticate users. By signing in with your Google account, you grant us permission to access your Google account information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Calendar Access

To use the calendar synchronisation feature, you must grant the Service permission to access your Google Calendar. This access is used solely to:

Read your calendar to determine your availability
Create calendar blocks when a booking is made
Modify or delete calendar blocks when a booking is updated or cancelled

4.3 Accuracy of Calendar Data

You are responsible for ensuring that your Google Calendar accurately reflects your availability. Neilandco is not liable for double bookings or scheduling conflicts arising from inaccurate calendar data.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your Google credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. No automated tools, bots, or scrapers are allowed without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Neilandco or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". NEILANDCO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEILANDCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
